Depending on the form submitted and the service selected, this Consent covers the following data provided by me:

• requested travel dates and time;
• vehicle delivery and return location;

• information required to process and perform the request.

The following technical data may also be processed where necessary to operate the website, protect its infrastructure and demonstrate that Consent was given:

• disclosure to processors and service providers to the extent necessary for the stated purposes;

Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed.

5. Information systems and storage

Personal data may be processed using:

• the alania-drive.ru website;
• the Alania Drive CRM system;
• a PostgreSQL database;
• MinIO object storage;
• REG.RU cloud-server and server infrastructure;
• backup systems;
• telephone communications;
• email;
• Telegram and WhatsApp, only where I select the corresponding communication channel or independently contact the Controller through such a service.

The principal database, file storage and backups are hosted within REG.RU infrastructure in Moscow, Russian Federation.

Primary recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction and retrieval of personal data relating to citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located within the Russian Federation.

6. Processors and service providers

The Controller may engage processors or disclose necessary information to the following categories of recipients:

• REG.RU, for domain, cloud-server, network and server infrastructure, and backup-storage services;
• the Controller’s authorised personnel and representatives;
• email, telephony and communications providers;
• technical contractors supporting the website and its security;
• persons and organisations directly involved in providing a requested transfer, tour or other service;
• accounting, legal and other contractors;
• competent public authorities where required by Russian law.

Only the information necessary for the relevant purpose is disclosed.

Persons processing personal data on the Controller’s instructions must maintain confidentiality and implement appropriate security measures.

7. Telegram and WhatsApp

Where I independently select Telegram or WhatsApp as a communication channel or access the relevant messenger, I understand that my data may also be processed by the owner of that service under its own terms and privacy policy.

The Controller does not control the messenger provider’s infrastructure, retention periods or subsequent processing.

I have been informed that I should not send through messengers:

• passport details;
• banking information;
• health information;
• biometric data;
• sensitive categories of personal data;
• other confidential information not required to process the request.

8. Duration of Consent

This Consent applies from the date on which it is given until the earliest of the following events:

• achievement of the processing purposes;
• termination of the relationship with the Controller and expiry of applicable retention periods;
• withdrawal of Consent;
• termination of the Controller’s business;
• another ground established by Russian law.

After the purposes have been achieved or Consent has been withdrawn, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless another lawful basis permits or requires continued processing.

The Controller may continue processing after withdrawal where processing is required:

• to perform a contract;
• to comply with statutory obligations;
• to retain accounting, tax or other mandatory records;
• to protect the Controller’s rights and lawful interests;
• on another ground provided by Russian law.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw this Consent at any time.

The Controller may request information required to verify the applicant’s identity and prevent unauthorised deletion or disclosure.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received.

10. Data-subject rights

I have been informed that I may:

• obtain information about the processing of my personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data;
• request restriction or deletion of unlawfully processed data;
• withdraw this Consent;
• opt out of marketing communications;
• request cessation of processing where no other lawful ground applies;
• lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court;

Consent is evidenced by the combination of:

• form submission;
• date and time of submission;
• form type and source;
• relevant technical request information;
• interface language;
• identifier and version of this Consent;
• content hash of the published document version.

The Controller retains information sufficient to demonstrate when and under what conditions Consent was provided.
